2008 Stork Report

Rick and Billie Dunavent of Dunavent Arabians welcome the first foal by their senior stallion PF Silks Legacy (Gai Shahnee x Skarlett Silk, by G Silk Boy).  A beautiful purebred chestnut filly out of their Nariadni granddaughter Romantyka, she is a true half sister to Mkaylyns Menesilk, dam of both a Class A Supreme Halter Champion (Junior Champion Colt) and Regional Top Five Yearling Filly out of only three foals. The newborn is also a true half sister of Skarlett Silk, a Kentucky Futurity winner herself in limited showing and a daughter of US and Canadian Top Ten G Silk Boy, as well as a dam of a Regional ATH Champion, Top Five Open, and Class A Supreme Halter Champion as a 2-year-old before retiring to the breeding barn and producing her own Scottsdale Top Ten Yearling son. The filly is nominated to the BAHA Futurity.
