BAHA Programs & Activities

Each year, BAHA  puts on an Open All Breed Horse Show. Originally intended to change to a Class A horse show, BAHA has listened to it's members and continued to put on the Open "FUN" show instead. After all, we are all about the fun! BAHA also holds it's growing Breeder's Futurity classes at this time as well. Held in Shelbyville, KY each spring, this show attracts many academy riders, beginner riders, green horses and those just looking to have a good time!

BAHA also has a High Point program and active Youth program, both of which we encourage members to take part in. The annual high point banquet is held in January and trophies are awarded to the previous years winners.

BAHA youth participate in local, regional and national activities. Car washes, sleepovers, crafts and horse judging keep our kiddos active!

In the fall, we have fun at the Annual BAHA Falling Leaves Trail Ride held at the Mammoth Cave state park. This trail ride is open to the public and we'd love for you to join us!

In the winter, BAHA's Stallion Service Silent Auction kicks into gear, providing great discounts on breedings to stallions of several different breeds. Proceeds fund the Futurity.
