Our 2011 trail ride was held this year at a private location in Harrodsburg, Ky. Many members and new faces came out to ride on the 1,000 plus acres and enjoy the beautful weather. Carol Conover and her husband own Eagle's Nest and we were very grateful that they allowed our group to use their facilities. 

After a brief rain shower in the early morning, most riders set out on the first trail to participate in the poker ride. The winner of poker ride winning hand was Kellsie Ehret, from Shepherdsville, Kentucky. After finishing the poker ride, many hopped back on their trail mounts and headed back out on the trails. Some even were lucky to enjoy a guided trail ride!

We were very pleased with our day and look forward to hosting a spring and fall trail ride at Eagle's Nest in 2012!
